• Responsibility for design, development and implementation of recruiting process • Responsibility for budget of hiring cost and negotiations with 3rd parties including contracts • Interviewing and assessment of candidates and remuneration proposals negotiations • Active cooperation on projects: development and implementation of new variable remuneration system, systematization of job descriptions, remuneration system • HR management of retail segment • Analysis and statistics

Responsibility for new consultants recruitment: coordination and organization of recruitment campaigns, management of recruitment process, hiring budget responsibility, interviewing skills training
