Provided first line and partial second line Support for a german company regarding the IT Helpdesk Department.

The Helpdesk Technician position is the first point of contact for all IT incidents within a company and the client applications that must be logged in different ticketing systems. Finding the optimal solution in many cases by documenting a database of over 2,000 applications.

The job implies the relation of the company with its customers by finding solutions to their problems, irrespective of the situation. • Verifing the invoices and the customers orders • Follow up on their orders and provide positive feedback regarding the products • Providing usefull information to the customers regarding their accounts and orders • Resolving customer issues with invoices via e-mail, phone and chat

• Teaching lessons specific to the program, both in English and German • Preparing materials for the courses • Good development of the classes • Communication with the children and their parents • Observing children’s behavior and development throughout the program

My first project was for a german client, a website about heatlh, nutrition and other issues and topics related to health. My job was to provided the best quality in writing articles and following blogs and forums topic related. The second project was to promote a German website for craftsmen from Germany and Austria, then I worked for Scout24 (jobscout24) which belongs to Deutsche Telekom, Germany.
