Responsible for the Sample Testing operation for the Telco Products • Leading the team of highly motivated test engineers responsible for the GSM Profiles for the Global Customers • Manage service delivery for multiple and multi-geography clients in line with the agreed service levels (SLA/s). • In charge for creating the Test Specification and liaising with the Development Team for the improvisation of automated test drivers
