Project Title: Creation of MBD (Model Based Definition) for various joints (Upper and Lower link, Upper and Lower Side Stay, Retract Actuator, FWD and Aft Cross belt, Axle Beam, etc.,) of MLG and NLG in FTA (Functional Tolerance & Annotation). 1) Project Title: The Scope of the project is to provide the sharklet for the existing A320 aircraft. In the process of providing the sharklet, various wing structural members have to be modified and strengthened. Software: CATIA V5R18

2) Project Title: Re-Design, 3D modeling of Automotive Engine components. The scope of work to Re-design, 3D modeling of automotive engine and suspension components for Mercedes Benz Research and Development India. Software: CATIA V5R18.

3) Project Title: This project involved wiring harness design for FUSO heavy duty truck. The process involves the design and creation of a digital mockup of electrical harness for various vehicles. (Mercedes Benz Research and Development India). Software: CATIA V5R18,Harness Design (EHI).

Project Title: The project involves bundle creation and modification using E3D in Catia V4, also utilization of VPM for data base management. It includes both bundle routing and placement of related brackets according to the given pictures. Software:Dvise,Catia V4 E3D & VPM. (A380)

1) Project Title: Conversion of Manual drawings (Raster) into Digitized format according to the client`s requirement. (Boeing 747) Software: Catia V4.2.4.

2) Project Title: Worked for different programs for Boeing like 777,737 & 747-8. Boeing Conversion manuals (BCM), CATIA V4 Datasets from ENOVIA LCA and converting into Catia V5 models.Naming Specification tree, Swapping all standard Electrical and Mechanical parts from ENOVIA. Software: Catia V5, Enovia LCA, Electrical Wire Harness Design (EWH).
