Summary: Lead the projects using PMP methodology from initiation to the closure of the project. I also followed scrum for implementing projects in Agile. Responsibilities: Preparing project charter, and acquire approval from the Program Manager or Portfolio Manager. Maintain project documents like reference documents, lessons learned, risk register, stakeholder register, communication/escalation matrix, and ensure that they are saved in the project repository.

Summary: Starting from Requirement gathering to Managing projects by creating project plans and estimations while keeping cost, time and quality in mind. Responsibilities: Prepare tasks, sequences, and schedules to ensure the projects are completed as per agreed timelines. Coordinates with internal teams (Business, Project Management, QA and so on) to understand the project/task requirements and facilitate in order to ensure delivery on commitments.

Summary: Team member for carrying out the designated work in time and working by taking ownership for the task. Handled Communication with Clients and coordinated team members belonging to different areas of technology and domain namely php, SEO and Sales. Responsibilities: Creating plan for development and ensure vendor and Team satisfaction. Get the work done in definite time frame from the aspects of Development, Marketing and Relationship building.
