My task is to utilize my creativity to find CVs of the best specialist and to conduct an initial telephone interview. I am working in a global capacity and also local covering a wide range of areas with a lean on IT Technology. Daily use of English language.

Recruitment of all kind of IT specialists (programmers, network specialists, system architects and managers) Searching of both passive and active candidates using job portals, community portals, internal database as well as my own creativity. Conducting telephone interviews and management of candidates until they are hired.

1st stage sales. Market research and first contact with prospects (from all over the world with turnover exceeding 5 bln eur). Arrangement of sales meetings. I have created my own methodology of searches as well as conversation script that is being used until today.

Part of Network Team. - RAS Secure ID account's management. - Contacts with clients from all over the world in order to help them solve problems with VPN connections. - Work in Polish, English and Czech languages
