I lead three months of training with KPI TUKE for talented people. Starting with hiring - right candidate selection. Selecting people with the potential to become a software developers. Organizing all the stuff with University. Defining gates, content, and benchmarks what is excellent, good enough, and not ok. Managing the final round of "the exam." Coaching people during the whole academy. Coordinating allocation of successful graduates to fit in their new position.

Built and led a software development team (40+ developers & testers) from scratch in the process and administration department (green field) Prepared and negotiated contracts with external companies about software delivery and specific training, executed and owned the whole delivery process, and ended with delivery acceptance. Successfully executed the transition from “head selling” business into product development (contest inside Deutsche Telekom IT group, know-how transfer, development)

Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according to agreed contracts (OLA, SLA, SA, DA…) and internal KPI. Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication. Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas, and implement improvements initiatives. Provide inputs into financial plans and effectively manage business and resources of own team to meet the financial budget.
