Overseeing three global core platforms (SAP, E-commerce/Java, CRM/Microsoft ) I focus on people management for a team of ca. 50 experts and leaders. I am accountable for the budget and supervise the business transformation initiatives, the scope covering an SAP landscape of over 4,500 users, more than 1,200 CRM users and around 100m e-commerce op. Sales management of a wide cloud based portfolio (SaaS) within large accounts (Novartis, Roche, Nestle, Siemens, Hilti, ABB etc..) focused on customer success and operational excellence through strategic relationships facilitating the Cloud adoption.

Reporting to the CIO, I ensured operational management through optimal IT standards by managing the largest software development transformation program, with a budget of 200M EUR and in over 65 countries. I supported corporate strategy with an innovative agenda that includes analytics, business intelligence, modern platforms like HANA and new generation SAP products. Saved around 4M EUR per year by amplifying cost control and reducing the gaps development by more than 2,000 workdays.

As a CIO trusted advisor I collaborated with customers and the SAP account teams to identify and deliver strategic value, designed and developed enterprise-wide road maps by translating business requirements to the optimal utilisation of SAP solutions. Successfully orchestrated the EWM adoption by Nestle, worth 34M EUR. For a strategic workshop I secured the attendance of SAP owner Hasso Platner, resulting in establishing a trustful relationship with the customer's CIO.

Directly reporting to the group CIO, I coordinated IT operations for 54 locations globally. I also trained and coached project managers. Also I designed, implemented, and executed the SAP template in two newly acquired business divisions, managing a team of over 25 FTE. I also created, deployed, and managed SAP implementation methodology to ensure effective and efficient deployments while ensuring alignment with global business processes. My actions yielded a yearly savings of over €4M.

Transforming former communist sugar plants into a modern holding with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and modern ERP - the first SCALA & Active Directory centralized implementation in Romania. (4 locations, 100 users).
