Coordinated a team of software engineers, QA engineers and technicians to deliver face detection and beautification technologies to nearly all of the top ten smartphone manufacturers. As part of Bucharest site management team, built a great and effective working environment for more than 60 employees.

Led the development on an embedded software solution for detecting and correcting red eye artifacts, which was used by more than half of all digital cameras sold worldwide. Worked with research engineers to implement in C/C++ algorithms for image quality improvements and/or defects detection and removal.

Responsible for maintenance and security of a small network, servers and services.
