• purchasing raw materials (various types of chemicals, dyes and perfumes) to several P&G Hair Care plants in Europe, Latin America and Asia • ensuring high material availability at the lowest possible inventory investment • improving team performance through standarization of business processes During this assigment I spent 5 months in P&G plants in the United Kingdom and Germany, where I played a key role in transition of planning tasks to Warsaw Planning Service Centre.

• completing Net Asset Value calculation • ensuring all cash and holdings reconciliations are completed in accordance with agreed timetables and procedures • liaising with custodians to resolve any reconciliation issues In the last quarter of 2012 I managed transition of several processes from Citi Dublin Branch. This project was an excellent occasion to learn how to design most effective model of cooperation between two teams based in other locations.

In this student job I was a part of Industrial Project Team supporting project: Warsaw Metro, Line II. The main tasks were: • coordinating the flow of project documents • supporting team in day to day activities and special projects
