While I will try to avoid using clichés, I would say that the only constant thing about me is that I am constantly changing and I never say no to a challenge. o I am a professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, München, focused on psychological counseling. o I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Babeș-Balyai University, Cluj-Napoca and o I am currently taking a Master's course in Organizational and Work Psychology at the TECH Technological University. => I am also an experienced administrative specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the civic and social organization industry and skilled in recruitment and HR administration, coaching and mentoring. => All of my experience and diverse backgrounds have come together in my current role as a recruiter.
