Responsibilities and abilities: • Managed contracts between major credit card, e-checks and other processing services throughout the world (USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, South America and Asia). • Managed all accounting activities of the department for each of our processing providers. • Supervised all accounting staff on the floor. • Work in combination of departments such as Sales, Fraud control, and IT department.

• Administrative responsibilities for the FPP Store. • Processing international orders and shipping merchandise items to clients in Europe, USA and Canada via DHL and USPS • Kept accurate, current computer records of inventory, international suppliers, shippers, etc. • Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service • Ability to solve problems creatively and immediately. • Ability to communicate with clients via e-mail in Spanish, English and German.
