Responsibilities: direct search of candidates on the market/head hunting; selection and screening profiles; selection interviews; preparation of the evaluations and reports of the candidates; presentation and discussion of short-lists.

I joined Hiscox in October 2011 to do a curricular training in Human Resources to finish my Master in Organizational Psychology.
