• Direct collaboration with CEO. (Market analysis | Customer Strategy | Footprint | New technologies | Investments | Human Resources). Definition & deployment of the Strategy Roadmap with the local leadership team in form of workshops. • Set up of Performance indicators and Management Review meeting system & preparation of business reviews with Mubea Executive board. Participation to monthly P&L reviews. • Investigation of opportunity for new value proposition from India for Mubea global

• Responsibility for Sales & Engineering Activities, direct reporting to top Management. Lead for acquisition projects and international RFQ’s, responsibility over the mid-term business development targets. Organization of Marketing-Events, Seminars & Tech-Shows at Indian customers • Process-Reorganization for Project Management (Design & APQP) | based on ISO TS 16949 Requirements | Coordination Process & System Audits | development of “paperless office“ • Collaboration with local College of Engineering

• Design (CAD und FEM) of Stabilizer Bar and Stabilizer Bar Components, coordination of the prototyping and design validation for Stabilizer Bar System • Customer management & Coordination of the Project Team & Supplier activities within given budget
