• Developing professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions • Sourcing candidates directly (via networking, advertising, LinkedIn, Internal basa datre etc) • Building relationships with team members, candidates, the GHR wider community and professional network • Driving all recruitment activities through the State Street applicant tracking system and ensuring that the local recruitment Policy is adhered to.

-Manage Pre-Employment Process -Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides -Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings or face-to-face meetings -Manage onboarding and new hire process -Communicating with external partners -Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
