I worked as a Talent Acquisition lead for Manufacturing, Retail, Telecoms, Media, Energy, Utilities, Government sector, Welfare and Local Government business areas for Finland.

Travelport is the world’s only true Travel Commerce Platform, focused on providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the $8 trillion global travel and tourism industry. I acted as a sourcer for several key roles for Travelport, Travelport Hotelzon and eNett within EMEA.

My primary role was to provide excellent customer service, discuss customers' product requirements as well as demonstrating the product ranges and their features. I provided product quotes, scheduled deliveries with different carriers, monitored store and warehouse stock levels to meet demand and delivered daily financial details to finance director. I also took care of after sales customer care, overseeing timely communications, identifying root causes for client’s concerns and delivering solutions.
