In my role as community manager, I'm responsible for all Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) and I am also responsible for all photography and marketing campaigns both during and after the trips. As the graphic designer I have handled: Design graphics for all merchandising, flyers, promotions, tour presentations, Illustration. As a UI/UX designer, I'm currently working on the design and interface of the Company website, focusing on the experience for both the parents and the kids

Lernu is an educational app, that I co-founded as a step for a new an modern way of learning. The final goal is to transition from a passive to an active student, but understanding that it needs to be done step by step. As the UX design, UI and Graphic Design, I was on charge of: Research, sketching, wireframing, prototyping and testing, as well as branding and presentations.

My task was always to ensure the quality of the product and the well being of the employees. I improved the way we were working, finding a balance of different demanding jobs. By doing so we got a 20% increase in the work achieved per week. As a Project Manager I was in charge of 86 people divided into different teams, their training, and supervision. I created standard operating procedures and designed a new system to start from 0 and go to the top of the production time in 2 weeks.
