Testing and establishing dynamic service models, the main goal is to offer multilevel support to companies and projects on their active workflow. Also, as a team, we work with companies of all sizes to apply innovative design systems and shape their business proposition and create customer and user-centered products and services.

Working mostly in the pre-production phase of healthcare products conducting ux research and testing as well as high-level concepts and MVP definition and contributing on the planning of the digital strategy for various healthcare products.

As the Lead Designer for the V-App, the core V by Vodafone app with nine products, a V-SIM and a platform released across six of the largest EU markets, I worked in close collaboration with all stakeholders - product owners, dev team, solution designers, business analysts etc. - on concepts as well as implementation support and I have been involved in all Vodafone CIoT streams, like the V-Home (SmartThings Connect by Samsung), V-Auto, V-SOS Band, Kippy, Arlo, Movetrack TCL, TCL Move and Trackimo.

As Design Mentor I had the chance to dive into mentoring, and have an influence to the future of design and technology. In close collaboration with professors and other mentors, we shaped the curriculum for Interaction Design degree and its definition with the aim to facilitate students through a practice-based learning process, built across human-centred design methods and creative entrepreneurship and to create space for exploration on design ethics, and technology’s impact in local and global scale.

As a UX Designer at Momedica I worked in close collaboration with the product team from the initial ideation to the final product delivery, supporting all development phases and had the opportunity to familiarise myself with some of the medical protocols and legal requirements as well as the obstacles in the communication between the medical staff and the patients.
