Building on my experience at Google and Capgemini I decided to venture in to the world under my own name. In the ten months since the inception of Ad-Sensei we've supported A-brand, among which Global Top 100 publishers such as Netlog, OLX, Telefoonboek and 2ehands. In total we've increased the annual run rate for our publishers by over $6 million dollars.

Leading the Management of the Online AdSense Partners. Responsible for creating a Marketing Strategy for the Dutch market which resulted in record revenue growth. Responsible for growing the portfolio over a 100% within the time frame of a year by generating 20 million annualized revenues through events and cross-team collab. Worked closely with Online Communities and other big publishing houses. Gained expertise on Social Media and how to effectively use it to grow brand awareness.

Started at Cap during last phase of University. Although interesting, the recession drastically decreased the chances of getting an assignment, as a result I worked as an assistant to Senior Consultants. Built knowledge in various areas, such as: Business Analysis Business Process Management Just in Time

I independantly organized events, usually for charity. In South Africa I organized a series of events for which the profits were invested in a township school in Kayamandi. Also organized events for the Erasmus University, responsible for a 50k budget on average.

Taught English as a volunteer on the school in the Kayamandi Township. The state of post-Apartheid education for the Black people in South Africa is still abysmal. I felt that during my stay there I could contribute perhaps a small bit of knowledge. I also managed a team of 6 Teacher Assistants, together we developed the curriculum.

Responsible for Supervising students in their E-learning classes. Responsible for helping design the curriculum. Built expertise on the topic of Labor Relations.

Responsible for selling various MCI WorldCom Telecom products to Dutch and English speaking customers. MCI World Com was as this point still a booming business, focused on increasing their share of the phone and broadband solution market for businesses. During the year I've worked here I consistently performed in the top 5% of the broader sales team.

Special focus was given to efficiently analyzing and improving organizations, creating a sustainable business that fits within the larger ecosystem.
