Working with chairman to transform the company and utilize IT and application capabilities. ­Identifying all IT solutions and application implementation opportunities across all divisions and presenting it to the board of directors. ­Conduct application evaluation researches to find the possible match for the desired functionalities. ­Working with department directors to fully understand the existing business process as prerequisite to ERP selection and implementation.

Gather requirements business process. Documenting all customer requirements Analyzing requirements for the new features and functions to be developed and pass it on to the development team. Preparing, uploading and validating customer data for migration purposes. ­Training customer key users for SCM, QM, PM, Report generator, Fleet management, After sale services, Alert system, Job mail and Real estate.
