• Trained, optimized, and deployed deep learning models for segmentation of microscopic skin and hair follicle images. • Developed Python-based automated pipelines for biomedical image preprocessing, classification, and post-processing, accelerating lab workflows.

• Developed 3D building models from first-person perspective videos using photogrammetry, NeRF, and Gaussian Splatting. • Designed and ran online experiments; processed and analyzed participant spatial behavior data,

• Successfully integrated ESRI's ArcGIS platform for clients, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Enterprise Geodatabases, and ArcGIS Pro. • Using ESRI's products, I developed tailored solutions for clients and executed high-quality projects that involved DB design and spatio-temporal analysis. • Conducted training courses on ESRI GIS products.

• Collaborated with GIZ to evaluate the waste management system in Assiut City, proposed digital approaches to enhance it, including optimal bin numbers and locations, landfill relocation, scheduling and routing of trash vehicles, and short-term planning and control solutions.

• Worked on World bank Cairo transportation assessment project & Ring Road BRT feasibility study. • Collected and analyzed data about transportation in the Greater Cairo region; including bus routes optimization, bus terminals assessments, passengers' behavior, operators, and traffic status on main roads.

• Collaborated with a team to make several traffic impact studies on several facilities in the new capital of Egypt project. • Worked with a team in making the internal transportation plan in the new capital of Egypt project using advanced models such as activity-based models.
