Mechanical design consultant with Valeo Interior control Tunisia on behalf of Genovia Ingénierie: Being a part of the task force assembled internationally to solve major problems with the design of the Transmission Control module for Renault cars. Product management on PLM ENOVIA. Stack-up calculation using Enventive and Excel sheets. GD&T and 2D drawings. X-ray scanning of parts and processing the STL results on QSR, DSE Catia V5. Building prototypes to test the new solutions for product problems.

-Designing checking fixtures, Jigs, Cubing models for all kind of complex, tight-tolerance parts and components of the car body (plastic and metallic). -Participating in the design of various types of prototypes, show-cars and future concepts, for multiple automobile manufacturers. -Design automation to minimize the time of repetitive tasks in CATIA V5 (Knowledge advisor workbench)
