Continue to build on skills learnt as a store manager, plus gained skills in: - Lean management, optimization of workflow in low, medium and high volume stores - Developing tools for bench strength calibration of Partners and financial analysis of the district - Training, by taking on the role of an Advanced Class Room Learning Coach, alongside leading performance reviews, and development of learning material. I trained more then 200 new Partner and 35 Barista Trainers within the district.

- Alongside teaching and providing an enjoyable customer experience, I was responsible for safety audits of life sustaining diving equipment and monitoring to ensure reliability of the boat

- As a Quality Engineer I was monitoring, testing and inspecting products to make sure they meet specified standards. I tested products to determine how long they will last, what part may break down first and how to improve product durability. I inspected product materials, mechanics and electrical systems

- Generally supervise both training and non training-related activities by assisting divers and student divers in the planning, organizing and direction of dives - Gained experience of working in a team and helping colleagues
