The stocks of the production materials were decreased by75% and the cost of materials and services by 35%. The warehouse productivity was increased 48% without workforce deduction. 96 people were taken over and 59 people were handed to the successor after 5 years. The department expenses (in local currency) have decreased by 14 % within this period while Sales has increased by 19 %

To catch on 30% savings within one year in some material prices without any loss in their standards, quality and shipment timing. To realize saving in the transportation cost by introduction of the new subcontractors. Better performance in all KPI’s with respect to previous year, which results in 578,000 usd savings far beyond than 64,000 usd target.

Registered the investments of the previous years at the Land Registry in order to utilize the deduction of the VAT of the investments from basis of taxation. Managed the technical team to achieve PET filling (bottleneck) exceeding the nominal capacity 4 times in the peak season. Achieved the best results in KPIs like usage of heat energy and beer losses among sister breweries in Russia. Directed the previous Coca Cola Bottler company, the owner of the territory of the brewery. Determined in kind investments which were not in process anymore and provided their write off after numerous attempts to the local authorities. Solved the problems which remain from the operative period of the company.

Decided which products to produce where in three breweries system of Efes Russia by cost optimization. Prepared yearly production budget of each brewery for each SKU on monthly basis and the transfer budget between breweries. Prepared monthly production plan of each brewery and monthly transfer plans between breweries based on sales forecasts twice a month. Followed up of stocks and sales of each brewery and prepared weekly production plan of each brewery
