Project: Traceability Improvement Project (TIP). Focused on the quality of the products by controlling and monitoring the tools and materials used in the process stations. ~Modifying the PLC code using IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Structured Text and Sequential Flow Chart). ~Modifying or creating different modes of the station i.e., Auto, Manual, Home position according to the project requirements. ~Modifying the hardware and HMIs.

~ Configuration of DCS & PLC, Engineering/Operator Stations and Servers. ~ Installation & Commissioning of industrial panels equipped with ABB DCS/PLC and Touch panels. ~ Managing project procurement & arranging technical quotations by dealing with 3rd party vendors I.e. DELL, HP, Silicontech, Arenatech, Multitech etc. ~ Preparation of Technical Documentation. ~ Conducting FAT, SAT & Reliability tests. ~ Providing technical support to the customer after project completeness.
