Implement program modifications, optimizations, and fault corrections on Siemens S7-1500 PLCs following supplier handover. Diagnosed and resolved IIoT data loss across several stations using TIA Portal Trace. identified problems, modified PLC logic, and restored IIOT accuracy to cloud interface. Performed FAT, functional safety validation on. Verifying safety zones, interlock behavior, emergency stop, and control logic against approved safety concept documentation and BMW standards.

Project: Traceability Improvement Project (TIP).
