I’m in charge of image Quality and production of the whole ship. I operate all photographic processing equipment in the lab, I ensure the constant maintenance of the equipment material and machinery. I maintain a clean working environment, and I’m in charge of the storage and disposal of hazardous chemical waste. I am also in charge of carrying out the inventory. I train photographers to help them become their best and also train new Photo laboratory technicians.

This role required me to welcome, direct, inform, and help guests during the embarkation process on board ship and check them into there cabins and manage all their needs and requests. Here I would help guests with any enquiries and give information. I also deal with complaints and finding solutions. I have excellent customer service, organisation, administrative and communication skills to be able to work under pressure at a very fast speed.

Working in this role required me to work at extremely high speed. And do my job with a close attention to detail and accuracy.

My responsibility in this job role was to confidently lead a lecture about the behind-the-scenes of a working cruise ship. This lecture would normally consist of about 50 guests. After the lecture I would take the group on a behind the scenes tour and proudly share my knowledge about all the departments we visit onboard.

Within this job role I was in charge of updating, developing and creating inspiring social media content across our website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Within this job I had to research the companies audience and stay up-to-date with all changes across all social media platforms. This made sure I was posting the correct content to be able to interest and captivate new customers with maximum effectiveness.

Working within this job role required me to work at a fast pace in a busy loud environment, I learnt to work under pressure and give the required great customer service and close attention to detail to give correct money disputation without calculator.

My job role was to look after a families children when they were either at work or traveling. This job required me to play, cook and clean for the children and give them the attention they need.

As a Resident Assistant my job was to create a safe, welcoming environment for new students living in student accommodation. This required me to be very flexible and approachable so I could be available to help students with any issues or enquiries they had. I had to be a happy, enthusiastic member of the accommodation and make everyone feel at home.
