Research and development of collection garments in Far East, Lithuania and other countries: • searching of new suppliers, fabrics, trims and selection for new Audimas collections, • proto samples and SMS revisions together with team members. • bidding with garments suppliers and final price confirmation. Correspondence with garments suppliers, various problems solving. Products development plan’s making and control.

Development of sport and active leisure garments in Far East, Lithuania and other countries: •products’ technical files arrangement, •fabrics selection for various sports, leisure garments, •samples revisions, comments sending for suppliers, final sample confirmation, •bidding and final price confirmation. Correspondence with garments suppliers; solving of various problems. Trims and fabrics colors development. Search of new suppliers, fabrics and trims. Products development plan’s control.

•The creation and formation of the strategy + structure for the product assortment (garments for women’s). •Assortment plan’s making, administration and control. •Product development control. •The arrangement of the works for designers and sewing technologists. Their works control. •Search of new suppliers. Checking and selection of new suppliers. Signing of the contracts. Bidding. •Analysis and evaluation of sales. •Collection information about market, purchasers and competitors. This info analysis.

Development of sport garments in Far East, Lithuania and other countries: •products’ technical files arrangement, •fabrics selection for various sports and active leisure garments’ assortments, •samples revisions and comments sending for supplier, •confirmation of final sample. Correspondence with garments suppliers, solving of various problems.

New products (garments) design: • technical and color sketches, technical files arrangement, • determination of garments prices, Preparing goods for certification. Samples’ revisions and control of them correspond to clients’ requirements and technical files. Consulting of Sales managers about any design questions. Working with fabrics and trims suppliers; bidding, contracts preparation. Search of new suppliers. New fabrics and trims searching. Preparation of procedures for quality system ISO 9001.

Visit of factories: control of production’s (garments) correspond to sample, production quality supervision and control, working in different Lithuania’s regions.
