Deliver Professional Services implementations for enterprise and WAN customers across the US. • Design, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor ENT and WAN environments (Juniper & Cisco). • Support SD-WAN deployments and integration with enterprise data centre networks.

Project: Liberty Global, Netherlands as Network implementation Engineer • Implementation and troubleshooting of Liberty global core Aorta network which IP/MPLS core network across Europe. • Review and validate HLD, LLD & migrations plans and implement the changes during maintenance window. Performing Capacity upgrade, Software upgrade, Migrations, new service integrations, New router installations for Junos, Cisco, Nokia vendor routers.

Implementation of the network upgrades, network migrations in co-ordination with onsite engineer and in other domains. • Co-ordinate with vendor for any specific bugs/issues arising for the equipment. Participate in discussions with design engineers for network enhancement and Network issue resolutions. • Provide TAC support to Incident tickets and Network outages and troubleshoot the issues within SLA. Conduct training sessions for Alarm monitoring and Alarm handling team

Responsible for hardware related network upgradation on CISCO/JUNIPER high end routers. • Performing configuration changes using established Company tools and systems • Provide TAC support to Incident tickets and Network outages and troubleshoot the issues.

Accountable for operational effectiveness of Wire-line operation Core Transport Networks and a part of Data Services, as there is collaboration of RCOM with ALUMS; resources are Transition on same profile on ALUMS.

• Provisioning of Different service on Cisco, Huawei and Juniper Router and Switches. • Network provisioning for Data Communication Network (DCN) providing visibility and manageability of all the network elements at NNOC.
