Performed preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment, including Pumps, Blowers, Chillers, Air Compressors, and HVAC systems. Planned and executed scheduled maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Assisted in troubleshooting equipment issues and maintained daily maintenance records and inspection reports.
