Managed end-to-end sourcing and development of proprietary components for NPD programs, including RFQ/SOR review, supplier identification, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations and PO release. Coordinated APQP, PPAP, tooling, prototype validation, engineering approvals and production readiness. Collaborated with R&D, SQ, PM, Manufacturing and suppliers to ensure timely launches. Managed ECN parts, MRP procurement, supplier delivery and seamless SCM handover.

Managed end-to-end sourcing for Engine Proprietary commodities, including SOR/RFQ, supplier identification, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations and sourcing approvals. Drove cost reduction through price settlements, VAVE, forex amendments and alternate sourcing. Supported NPD through prototype procurement, supplier readiness and Proto Route POs. Coordinated with R&D, Quality, SCM, Product Line and suppliers for timely project execution, delivery, capacity planning and supply risk mitigation.

Performed preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment, including Pumps, Blowers, Chillers, Air Compressors, and HVAC systems. Planned and executed scheduled maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Assisted in troubleshooting equipment issues and maintained daily maintenance records and inspection reports.
