Working currently as a Senior Manager with Mindtree Ltd .Currently playing the role of Project Manager with Adidas Client. I have successfully managed projects and was a part of the Implementation team for SAP solution provided to various industries like Discrete Manufacturing, Automotive, Infrastructure, consumer electronics, Steel Manufacturing.

I was handling a variety ofprojects , the following were some of the activities played in this role • Handling the Delivery from offshore for the different Projects in SCM. • Communicate with the Different Project Team • Analyze the Project Financials month on month. • Updating the status of the ongoing projects. • Analyze the Revenue and cost difference of the Project under me. • Status reporting to the Stake Holders of the Project. • Updating the tools for the Management review.

I was a part of the 4 Implementation and the following are some of the activities played by the role • Understand the Functional requirements • Designed the Enterprise Structure for Sales & Distribution Module • Studied existing business process, designed the 'To-Be Process' and mapping to SAP system. • Performed the GAP analysis and documented the business flow. • Configuration of the SD Module as a one man Army • Worked on the Master Contract to Billing process.
