I studied SAP S/4HANA Business Suite & SAP ECC in detail based on established Enterprise Theories to develop an academic work that could solve the current ERP Innovators dilemma based on various matrices and act as a decision support tool for SAP S/4HANA adoption. The enterprise theories include -ERP Life Cycle Theory -Moore's Systems of Engagement & Systems of Records -Information Systems Evaluation Model

-Communicating and supporting the Lead to Cash/Order to Cash Business Processes in SAP C4C/ECC. -Maintenance of Customer Master Data which fulfills the requirements of various Sales Areas. -Release of New Customers based on the business compliance requirements of the company. -Level II Support for Customer Master Data Incidents. -Analysis & Development of Usecases for Automatic Master Data Maintenance using APICON Data Master. -Development and calculation of KPI’s, ad hoc reporting and data analysis.

-Unterstützung bzw. Beratung entlang der Supply Chain in SAP Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und harmonisierung - Unterstützung bei Design und Konzeption von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Logistik in SAP S/4HANA & SAP R/3 ( PP/QM & MM) - Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Business Blueprints und technische Umsetzung in SAP mittels Customizing - Durchführung von Key-User Trainings inkl. Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen - ABAP Coding, ABAP Debugger und Erstellung von ADOBE FORMS
