 Develop comprehensive Statements of Requirements (SOR) for all system hardware, aligned with project specifications.  Apply standards for EMI/EMC, electrical LV and HV tests, and environmental and mechanical validation in support of BMS and CSC DVP preparation.  Coordinate with suppliers to achieve SOR approval, finalize system architecture and block diagrams, complete DVP sign-offs, and validate thermal simulations, creepage, clearance, and mechanical 2D/3D drawings for TSO authorization.

 Contributed to Battery Management System (BMS) design for automotive applications.  Performed system requirement analysis and developed system architecture.  Prepared system and hardware requirement specifications along with engineering calculations.  Conducted hardware design analysis, component selection, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.

 Designed and developed LV power converters (Flyback converter, 5–10W) for lighting relay power packs.  Performed transformer design and prepared quotation requests for flyback converters.  Analyzed EMI filter design for switched-mode power supplies.  Verified PCB designs with CAD teams, focusing on EMI/EMC using Altium.  Led design, modification, and verification of system field failure issues.

 Developed and tested switched-mode power converters for SMPA power control systems.  Designed and prototyped Full Bridge DC-DC converters (1.5 kW) with PSM control signal generation.  Perform system testing, waveform capture, signal analysis, and measurement of HV power supply systems for sonar applications.  Designed, developed, and tested wideband switched-mode power amplifiers (100W) for sonar systems.

 Performed data processing, analysis, and visualization using MATLAB.  Executed data conversion and modeling tasks.  Prepared reports and interpreted technical procedures.
