* I have worked as a Design & Release Engineer in Powertrain Cooling System (ICE/PHEV/BEV) for Jaguar Land Rover Client (The New Range Rover). * I have a total of 9 years of rich experience in the automotive sector as a Product development engineer. * Have good exposure of packaging of components and worked on a new program of JLR vehicles right from scratch(Concept phase) of the program to Job1(Production) with experience in Design, Release, Part procurement, Build support with containment and Monitor Build issues along with vehicle testing. * Rich Knowledge in design of Brackets in sheet metal as well plastic brackets. - Plastic Design -Constant thickness, radius, Tooling direction, draft angle, ribs for strength, parting line. - Sheet Metal Bracket - Bending Radius & flange, forming, adding hole/slot, beads for strength. * Lead discussion with cross functional team (Manufacturing, Service engineer, SME, supplier, MP&L, Finance, Buyer and Program team) to meet deliverables.
