Responsible for supply planning, 40–50 tons / €2M+ inventory, import/export, customs, logistics, order fulfilment and cost analysis. Drive process improvements through Excel/VBA automation and SharePoint, while coordinating customers, suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

Managed complex customer service and operational cases in a fast-paced retail environment, including delivery delays, order changes, returns, transport issues, damaged/missing products, stock discrepancies and spare parts. Coordinated with internal teams and transport providers, handled claims and customer solutions, and supported cost-conscious issue resolution. Also trained new colleagues on standard procedures and promoted complementary services.

Founded and managed an international B2B trading company supplying HVAC and Building Management System equipment to customers across North Africa. Managed 50+ recurring customers, sourcing from multiple suppliers, preparing technical quotations, coordinating procurement, warehouse consolidation and international exports. Developed business through customer visits, trade shows and digital marketing, while managing end-to-end commercial and logistics activities.
