Invoice processing, stock control and data management. Assist with courier shipment and updates to import/export manuals including tools such as checklists, forms, etc.

Carry out sales support and marketing tasks. Communicate customer information to senior sales representatives and mantain contact database.

Pre-sales and post-sales support, product placement and positioning. Keeping inventory of stock, record of sales, order merchandise, deal with day-to day customer inquires, set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise on counters or tables in order to promote sales. Coordinate events and travel, as well as public relations.
