- Led design for Leoforce's 4-channel recruiter messaging platform (call, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app), contributing to doubling active recruiter adoption from 30 → 60+ users and extending candidate broadcast reach to 8,000+. - Replaced a fragmented multi-tab Excel ops system with self-service dashboards used by 35–40 stakeholders across management and operations — giving teams real-time pipeline visibility for the first time. - Created redeployment automation from zero context to stakeholder-approved designs
