I own the design process end-to-end: from digging into research and user feedback through to high-fidelity prototypes ready for engineering handoff. My focus is making sure our products feel intuitive and polished, effective without being overcomplicated. I work closely with developers to make sure what we design is what actually ships.

Ran end-to-end design for web platforms across a wide range of agency clients. This is where I really started leveraging AI tools to push my research and UX work further. I built personas, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and scalable design systems, basically the full toolkit. Accessibility was always part of the conversation, not an afterthought. Worked hand-in-hand with developers throughout.

Led design for digital service products at Allianz’s innovation lab. My job was connecting user needs to business goals: identifying pain points through research, translating them into wireframes and prototypes, then validating through usability testing. I built and maintained design systems, supported accessibility compliance, and always pushed for decisions rooted in real user evidence.

Delivered high-fidelity UI designs for B2C and B2B platforms, landing pages, product pages, dashboards. This role sharpened my ability to translate user flows into clean, functional layouts. I collaborated closely with developers on specs and implementation, and learned the discipline of heuristic evaluation from senior UX colleagues.

My first proper design role. I produced banner ads, campaign visuals, and marketing assets while gradually moving into UI layout work. This is where I learned the fundamentals. Creating visual concepts within brand guidelines, conducting UI audits, spotting inconsistencies, and getting comfortable with wireframing. It set the foundation for everything that followed.

Pursued a degree in Media Design, with a keen focus on film production and digital media.
