• Recruitment for Engineering Specialist. • Source and recruit candidates by using different Job Portal and previous Database. • Plan selection procedures, Interview with Shortlisted Candidates. Design Job Descriptions and determine selection criteria for each position. • Single point of contact for candidate and proactive interaction with candidate to ensure optimal onboarding. • Conducting telephone, online and in-person interviews at a professional level.

• Be the first point of contact for our talents in answering all HR related questions (e.g. vacation, maternity and parental leave, sabbatical, work and residence permits). • Work in close cooperation with the Business Partner team. • Create and Maintain HR Data and Documentation (e.g. employment confirmations, contracts,terminations, salary adjustments, contract extensions). • Support the team with Payroll preparation and controls. • Take responsibility for HR files / personnel files at company.

• Supported the entire recruiting process including screening of applications through to job interviews. • Maintaining the database of all current and former employees. • Execution and implementation of labor law measures and cooperative cooperation with the works council.
