• Led service delivery execution for Hukoomi Portal, the official gateway for the state of Qatar and its e-services. • Managed a portfolio of projects and services for Bayt’s largest client, Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia • Led the effort setup, as well as, service delivery for Taqat Online Operations including: defining team structure, processes, and processes’ goals and KPIs; and operation team training. • Managed 2 projects for conducting virtual job events including marketing, on boarding, technical, operational, reporting and closing activities.

Hired and managed a team of web developers, designers, testers and system admins to innovate, design, develop and maintain Mumzworld’s e-commerce website, CRM and supporting services using DevOps, Agile and Scrum practices.

• Established and led the IT operation center in Amman form MBC Group, I was responsible for managing team of over 35 IT specialist to handle online digital projects and operation for MBC group. Including MBC.NET, Shahid.NET, Radio Streaming, E-Commerce website and other MBC digital services. • Established process of work using DevOps, Kanban and Agile practices. • Managed and led handover from partners responsible of maintaining systems to the newly hired team.

• Established Bayt IT office in Jordan managed a team of software developers, designers, analysts, testers and system admins to design, develop, maintain and support large-scale web applications and SaaS solutions. • Managed complex programs for important customers including: Abu Dhabi Government and Saudi HRDF
