During my last internship at Allianz Insurance Company, I was responsible for installing and upgrading a new firewall with my team. I participated in the hardware replacement and collaborated with colleagues to configure and maintain security policies and access control lists on the device. Additionally, I gained experience working with cloud-based security and monitoring tools to ensure secure and compliant network access.

I worked on VoIP systems at both hardware and software levels, troubleshooting devices, assigning them in CUCM, and ensuring smooth network communication. I supported the IT service desk by resolving user issues and maintaining the lowest ticket count for two consecutive months. I also designed and implemented a full branch network, including routers, switches, access points, cabling, racking, and testing to ensure a stable and efficient infrastructure.

Worked as part of the IT Infrastructure team, contributing to the upgrade of system networks to enhance performance and security. I was responsible for designing and implementing a complete LAN network system, ensuring proper configuration, cable management, and connectivity. Additionally, I integrated the network with existing infrastructure and established a stable internet connection, optimizing network reliability and efficiency.

Master’s degree in Communication and Network Engineering at the German International University in Berlin, focusing on advanced networking concepts, modern communication systems, and optimization of network infrastructures. The program emphasizes research, system design, and practical applications in areas such as wireless networks, data communication, and intelligent network optimization.

I spent my final semester at the German International University in Berlin as part of an exchange program, where I studied and gained international academic and cultural experience while continuing my engineering studies in a German academic environment.

I studied core topics in networking, communication systems, and IT infrastructure, and completed my studies with a strong focus on practical engineering projects and system-level understanding.
