- Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience - Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for requisitions - Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals - Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates - Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

- Work closely with the management team to determine hiring needs - Review and understand job requirements - Develop and drive hiring philosophies and practices to fit the eircom culture - Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods - Apply thorough knowledge of the recruitment life cycle to fill positions efficiently - Work with HR to align compensation package - Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels
