Principal of The Change Business, a lean design and construction consultancy & an accredited Last Planner (LPS) trainer, Alan has coached a number of teams making a Lean transformation & implementing Last Planner® for clients around the world. He is an occasional author, teacher of lean construction (e.g. Ecole Centrale de Lille, France) & researcher. With colleagues in the Netherlands, he has developed a simulation to help project teams experience the key elements of LPS (www.villego.com).
