Full P&L responsibility for Schuler Group’s largest international region. Led ~1,500 employees across multi-site operations in China and SEA, driving strategy, operational excellence, and Lean/KPI cadence. Executed M&A, including acquisition and integration of Yangzhou Metalforming, and advanced localization, increasing regional value creation. Navigated geopolitical, supply chain disruptions, market volatility and shifts driven by i.e. NEV while ensuring sustainable growth and cross-regional collaboration.

Full P&L responsibility for the complete Ipsen Group operation in China, leading ~325 employees with two production sites and a national sales/after sales & service network. I founded and scaled the Changzhou greenfield entity within six months. Key achievements include driving an ~80% revenue increase (2009-2011), deeply integrating China into the global supply chain, and advancing standardization, local products, localization, which significantly strengthened market position and profitability.
