Responsible for project management of implementation of systems and solutions to support Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety processes.

My experience as a project & program manager sees me delivering complex, critical and high profile project management and consulting engagements for clients in the Life Sciences industries. I am responsible for developing & maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business across IMS's portfolio. In addition I am responsible for the management and development of a diverse group of talents involved in custom development of systems and solutions for IMS's clients.

Responsible for liaison and negotiation with key business stake holders, scheduling of project activities, management reporting and issue resolution in connection with management and delivery of client projects.

Based on an understanding of the business processes and IT services, my role was to ensure that the business was provided with high quality cost effective and sustainable services that met their needs. I was responsible for co-ordination between IT and business stakeholders such that; business requirements were clearly understood; risks were managed; deliverables were completed on time and within cost estimates; needed compliance levels of the business were met (REACH, GLP, GMP, SOX404).

As part of the company's Business Process Reengineering & SAP Implementation, I was responsible for project management, planning and co-ordination of the delivery of the technical infrastructure required to support the implementation of a global single instance of mySAP Business Suite. The role involved co-ordination of activities across internal & external resources and addressed all aspects of the IT infrastructure required for a global implementation according to demanding overall project timescales.

I was responsible for the management and development of a team of geographically dispersed team members. My main responsibility was the Project Management of the total design, implementation and management of a global software distribution solution for the company. Subsequently, I was responsible for the ongoing operational management of the solution and processes, along with its enhancement and extension to add further value to the business. I also deputized for the IT Operations Manager.
