Cash checks - Maintaining an adequate cash drawer and balance it in accordance with bank procedures and regulations - Answering customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that could not be resolved at the teller line - Providing additional products and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained
