As a UXD my goal was to define and implement Product Features to deliver the best value to the Swisscom TV2.0 customer and to drive business decisions end to end. •User Experience Human Center Design applied to TV convergent services. •Product Ownership Biz Requirements identification/definition for Product roadmaps. •Project Management Planning, Risk Management, Cost Control and Board reporting. •Quality Assurance Solution Design and Service testing (Architecture and Network).

Wuaki.tv is a Convergent VoD Start-Up that provides movies across all platforms. As a PO, my goal was to define new functionalities fitted with the business strategy and assure that all Apps, platform and contents were delivered on time, on budget and with the desired quality. • Product definition: Convergent features. • Agile Project Management: Adjusting Biz Reqs & Dev Capacity. • Quality Assurance: Certification Samsung,Philips,LG, Android, iOS… • Negotiation with providers CDN and Content Providers.

The main activity of the Digital TV & Multimedia department was to offer consultancy services for broadband and broadcast network operators. My goal as DTV&MM consultant was to advise our customers regarding Broadcast, IPTV and OTT solutions. At the same time to participate in telecom regulatory affairs.

The TV in mobility project aim was to develop a TV standard for mobile devices (European public founded project), my main role was to lead the Broadband/Broadcast Interoperability working unit. • Project management, partner’s coordination & work-packages management.
