Management of works and contracts in compliance with budget, time and quality. Responsible for the supply and management of all the resources needed for the correct development of the works (materials, manpower, machines). Management of the relations with clients and sub-contractors. Project's accounting. Preparation and updating of the schedules of works. Preparation of the documentation needed in referring to the Integrated Management System (HSR Health-Safety-Environment) and updating of it.

PM assistant on-site in Denmark, following the activities of laying of the railway tracks included in the contract for the construction of the new high-speed railway line Copenhagen-Ringsted.

Preparation of technical-economic analysis of costs estimation, used to support the offer done in the tender. Preparation of documents for the tender. Organization of site-visits, in order to gain information and data useful for a correct costs estimation. Support the Sales Department in writing the offer. Control, pricing and/or completion of Bills of Quantities

Design at several levels (feasibility, preliminar, final design) of hydraulic works (storage areas and river embankments). Hydraulic studies to investigate the feasibility of some morphological intervention on the territory and verify their effects through the development of mathematical models 1D and 2D and hydraulic . Production of design documents (drawings, reports, power-points)
