In this position I was responsible for time/projects allocation to ensure that adequate resources are available and overseeing quality to met projects deliverables. Furthermore I was in charge of providing updates on Business Unit decisions and conduct, departmental metrics, projects and quality issues through organization and conduction of monthly departmental meetings.
