- Training and on-site coordination of newly hired German branch’s staff after its relocation; - staff management, organization and interviews, internal workflow optimization; - review and proposal of dealers' pricelists, discount negotiations; - monthly inventory stocks, order portfolio, sales and product trends analysis and reporting; - annual sales budgets.

- Sales and product coordinator for the DACH branches. communication management and connection between them and the HQ; - Key account management of German dealers; - Competitors/trends monitoring through contact with dealers, trade magazines, competitors' websites and LinkedIn; - Monitoring, reporting and presenting sales data and results to the Managing Director DACH on a monthly basis: - Close collaboration with back-office, R&D and quality control dept.

- Coordination of DACH branches’ sales operations, key account management. Tender preparation and management. - Sales network and dealers’ training on CAD product configurator and software license management.
