I take charge of all legal issues within the EMEA business with a particular focus on commercial law. I am a member of the EMEA executive leadership team and have the role of adviser to management and operational staff, ensure legal monitoring, take charge of the management of all disputes, and intervene on ad hoc legal transactions

Consulting legal advisory to the business in four languages. Business Support: Negotiation, drafting and reviewing of contracts and Non Disclosure Agreements related to purchase and sale of car components, spare parts, indirect goods and services and other legal documents necessary to the business development. Risk Management: litigation, Contract risk , control of the operation. Compliance : competition law, anti-trust, anti-bribery, code of conduct, personal data (GDPR).

Legal audit based on European directives, national laws (Switzerland, France, Spain, Belgium and UK) and internal guidelines. As Market Owner Spain I control the audit process by outlining detailed procedures and prescribing methods for judging the website content. Assessment of the degree of deviation from standards that is considered tolerable in the market. Other responsabilities: Product Expert of the audit department and Field Expert Quality Monitoring.

E-commerce legal audit based on European directives and national laws that are important for making purchases on the Internet. Data protection regulations, non-transparent prices, limitations to the right to cancellations or other risks are checked. Responsible for the execution of audit reports for online retailers. Ensure improvement of audit methodologies and templates. Assist in the development and coordination of a new audit standard: Quality Monitoring.

Attorney in in the area of collective labor relations, collective bargaining and litigation. Legal advice : Ongoing advice on labor law matters at industry level and to top-level Spanish and multinational companies. Litigation : Court proceedings on collective matters at regional and national level. Corporate restructuring : optimizing existing structures through long term employment restructuring projects.
